Dr. Anne Duncan
Chief Operating Officer
Anne joins Urbix from Syrah Resources where she served as Vice President of USA Processing Operations, responsible for establishing the first anode material production facility outside of China. While in this role, she was accountable for the engineering design, permitting, approvals, construction, and commissioning of Syrah’s 11.25ktpa CSPG production facility and engaged with the US Department of Energy’s grant and loan programs.
Dr. Palash Gangopadhyay
Chief Technical Officer
With a distinguished career spanning over a decade, Dr. Gangopadhyay was a leading research scientist at the University of Arizona College of Optical Sciences. During this time, he spearheaded numerous projects for the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, and various private companies.
Dr. Andrea Cabrero Vilatela

​Andrea is deeply committed to leveraging innovation, technology, and education to drive positive change and enhance lives. She first joined Urbix, Inc. in May 2018 as Executive Director for Latin America and European operations. Currently, she serves as a board member and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).

Eduardo Gonzalez brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in executive leadership across a diverse array of industries. His impressive career spans high-level roles at numerous startups and one of the world’s largest mining companies.
Quang Ha
General Counsel
Mr. Ha is a results-driven corporate counsel with over 25 years of sophisticated corporate and project finance transactions as well as IP and commercial contracts experience with technology and financial services companies. He has a demonstrated track record of innovation, problem solving, effective negotiations, and teamwork in both start-up and blue-chip environments in periods of growth and distress.
